Bureau of Investigation (FBI) has a need to renew CDB Infotek on-line
data services for Fiscal Year (FY) 1999, by placing a delivery order
against the Library of Congress/Fedlink Basic Ordering Agreement
#99CLFB70034 -- The FBI intends to renew the subscription with CDB
Infotek for the continued services to locate individuals, to perform
background checks on companies and determine the relationships between
businesses and individuals as related to civil, criminal, and
financial investigations. CDB Infotek is a provider of on-line
investigative public record information. Over 2.5 billion local,
regional and national records are accessible virtually 24 hours a day
using a computer and modem. It is believed that there is no other
sources capable of providing the required services. Destination: Within
the 48 contiguous states, the District of Columbia, and Hawaii, Alaska,
and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico-Any interested party capable of
meeting the FBI requirement should submit evidence ofcapabilities
within 15 calendar days of this notice -- GSA schedule vendors should
submit pricing information to perform a full and complete evaluation --
