R -- DEVELOP A CURRICULUM AND TRAINING MATERIALS FOR FRIENDLY ACCESS SOL HRSA-99-OA-024 DUE 031799 POC Aileen Broider-301-443-5231 The Health Resources and Services Administration intends to negotiate on a SOLE SOURCE basis with The Lawton and Rhea Chiles Center for Healthy Mothers and Babies, Department of Community and Family Health, University of South Florida, 13201 Bruce B. Downs Boulevard, Tampa, FL 33612-3805. This procurement shall be processed in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. The purpose of this procurement is to develop a curriculum and training materials for Friendly Access: A Maternal and Child Health Leadership Development Program. The contractor shall: provide a list of members of a Friendly Access training curriculum advisory group; develop a Friendly Access draft training curriculum with supporting materials and a description of training procedures; provide a list of experts from maternal and child health providers to provide comments on the draft training curriculum, conduct the review and prepare a briefing; and develop a plan for any revisions to the training curriculum and/or training procedures. The Lawton and Rhea Chiles Center for Healthy Mothers and Babies is deemed the only responsible source capable of providing the required work and services. The period of performance is one year.
