Provide engineering support services to SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston, in support of the following programs, including ATC, RADIAC, meteorology, navigation and environmental systems, visual and infrared sensor systems, undersea warfare, ship systems integration, the Integrated Product Center (IPC), and the Joint Operations Technology Center (JOTC). The services shall include: 1) Test and Evaluation Services; 2) Systems Engineering and Integration Services; 3) Operational Systems Engineering Support; 4) System Acquisition Support; 5) Logistics Support Services; 6) Research and Development Services; and 7) Configuration Management Support. A Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee, Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ), service type contract (with task orders) for a base year and four (one-year) option periods, will be awarded. The Standard Industry Code is 8711, and the applicable size standard is $20.0M. Subject procurement will be unrestricted, with award to be made via full and open competitive proposals. The anticipated award date of the subject contract is scheduled for August 1999.
