58-SINGLE CHANNEL ANTI-JAM MANPORTABLE (SCAMP) TERMINALS AND CONTINGENCY SPARES SETS The Single Channel Anti-jam Manportable (SCAMP) Terminal Program, Contract DAAB07-96-C-A760, will be modified to procure up to 50 SCAMP Block I Terminals, to include an associated 5 year, Failure Free Warranty, Total Package Fielding Services, and Contractor Technical Services. This new requirement for SCAMP Terminals, etc. will serve to support Joint Military Service user's additional requirements. Additionally, up to 50 Contingency Spares Sets (defined as all the parts of a SCAMP Terminal, including the basic and accessory cases, less Tactical Terminal Adapter (TTA), wire cutter, handset, loudspeaker, TTA cable assembly and solar shield), to include an associated 5 year, Failure Free Warranty and Total Package Fielding Services, will be procured. This new requirement for Contingency Spares Sets, etc. will serve to support Joint Military Service user's additional requirements for rapid deployments on critical missions. The Government does not currently possess the necessary technical drawings to enable competition for these items. Rockwell Collins is the only source who possesses the capability and knowledge required to satisfy the Government's requirements.
