Work methods and procedures shall conform to those prescribed in Military Technical Manual -- Custodial Services (TM 5-609) unless specifically mentioned otherwise. All work shall be performed within the military boundaries of Fort Lewis, Washington. Buildings to be serviced under this contract are administrative and other buildings, such as libraries, religious centers, service clubs, and child development centers. Contract period consists of Base Period (1 March 2000 -- 28 February 2001) and three one-year option periods. The proposed procurement listed here is for a competitive 8(a) set-aside.
