This project consists of, but is not limited to, work in the following areas: removal and disposal of the existing roof system (including the roof insulation and coping), installation of roof insulation, roofing system, flashing and counter flashing, coping, and gravel stopes. The work is to occur over weekends or during the week after 5:00 p.m. All work that involves the use of a crane must occur during weekends only. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. This is a metric project, as drawings and specifications are prepared utilizing metric units. This solicitation will utilize sealed bidding procedures. A pre-proposal conference and walk-through will be conducted on or about 4/1/99 at the Federal Building, Williamsport, PA. The exact time and location will be contained in the specification package. This solicitation, including any documents related to this procurement (except as noted below) will be available on the Internet only, on or about March 16, 1999. This solicitation will include several drawings and forms needed to submit a bid, which are not available electronically.
