Furnish all labor, material, supervision and equipment in performing all operations in connection with replacing four single package units (two 7 1/2 ton units and two 5 ton units) on the roof of building 4309 at Fort Lee, VA. Two of the units are to be replaced with International Comfort Products PGB060E1H 208-230 VOLT/3 PH/60 HZ AND THE OTHER TWO WITH PGB090H2H 208-230 VOLT/3 PH/60 HZ, commercial single package gas and electrical units or two TRANE MODEL YCD060C3H0 208-230 VOLT/3 PH/60 MZ AND TWO MODEL YCD090C3HO 208 -- 230 VOLT/3 PH/60 HZ. The units shall have fresh air hoods and be able to meet minimum fresh air requirements. A condensate trap shall be installed on all four units. In addition four smoke detectors are to be replaced with FCI/Fenwal part number DH-22. All work is to be completed 45 days from Notice to Proceed. Magnitude of this project is: $25,000.00 -- $100,000.00. Site visits will be scheduled upon request. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price commercial construction contract. The solicitation number for Request for Quote is DABT59-99-Q-0020. Subject quote is scheduled for release on or about March 10, 1999 with proposals due 10 days thereafter. All offers submitted must have a 90 day aceptance period because AWARD IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
