The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization -- Europe intends to procure a Hirsch Momentum Systems integrated security system on a sole source basis from Controlled Access Concepts, 344 Maple Avenue West, Vienna, Virginia 22180. The system is required to be installed and maintained at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Stuttgart, Germany. The system will be composed of electronic access control, intrusion detection alarm monitoring, and production of identification badges, and must be Year 2000 compliant. Maintenance response time will be four hours. To ensure comptability, the system, including software, must be identical to systems installed at DISA -- National Capital Region sites. For security, contractor personnel will be required to pass a National Agency Check. The system will be required to be installed and operational within 120 days from contract award.
