NcNeley, Contracting Officer PRESOLICITATION NOTICE -- TO NOTIFY CONTRACTORS OF A FORTHCOMING SOLICITATION -- DESIGN BUILD REPAIR INDOOR SWIMMING POOL -- The contractor will be required to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision required to provide design and repair of indoor swimming pool. Work includes, but is not limited to, repair of surge chamber, automatic pool level control, replacing steel piping with PVC piping, filter repair and provision of chemical shelter. An automatic chlorine/PH controller/recorder shall also be provided. Design shall include preparation of as-built/record drawings in electronic format and related work including cleanup. Performance time is 120 calendar days. Potential offerors should request RFP N68711-99-R-3317 in writing not later than (15) days after publication of the Procurement Notice in the CBD. The SIC Code is 1799. The related small business size standard is $7.0 Million. This is a Firm Fixed Price contract. The estimated cost range is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00.
