DESC: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items
provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6, as
supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This
announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being
requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation
DAHA2498T0150 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates
provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular
97-10. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The SIC
code and small business size standard for this procurement are 3537 and
750 respectively. The quoter must state in their quotation their size
for this procurement. 120FW, Montana Air National Guard, Great Falls,
Montana, has a Firm-Fixed Price requirement for F-16 aircraft support
equipment as listed: 1 Each LAU-l17 Trailer, rubber tired trailer
designed to hold eight (8) of the LAU-117 launchers by hanging them
from the attachment hardpoints; used exclusively for moving the 117
launchers from storage to the aircraft quickly for weapons
configuration, Fuller Metal Processing P/N FMP-117TLR. 2 Each Triple
Ejector Rack Trailer, rubber tired trailer designed to hold sixteen
(16) of the TER-9/A Triple Ejection Racks, serves as a dual role of a
transport and a storage unit, Fuller Metal Processing P/N FMP-9ATLR. 2
Each Weapons Pylon Trailer, designed and developed to move the heavy
weapons pylons from the shop to the aircraft, designed to hold six (6)
weapons pylons with the MAU-12 attached, each pylon is individually
secured and can be loaded/ unloaded with a jammer, Fuller Metal
Processing P/N-FMP-255TLR. 1 Each LAU-117 Mobility Rack, designed to
secure twenty-four (24) of the LAU-117 Single Rail Missile Launchers,
has four layers and each layer holds six (6) launchers, Fuller Metals
Processing P/N FMP-117MR. 1 Each LAU-129 Mobility Rack, developed to
store and mobilize thirty-six (36) of the 129 single rail launchers, it
will also accept the AIM-9 wingtip launchers, rack has four layers of
nine (9) launchers each, Fuller Metals Processing P/N FMP-129MR. 2 Each
Triple Ejector Rack Storage Rack, designed to work in conjunction with
the FMP-9ALTR as a stand alone unit bolted to the shop floor, is
capable of holding six (6) TER's for inspection or maintenance, Fuller
Metals Processing P/N FMP-9/ASR. 2 Each Weapons Pylon Rack, designed
for the storage and/or moving twelve (12) of the weapons suspension
pylons, the unit is constructed with three (3) layers and each layer
holds four (4) pylons, Fuller Metals Processing P/N FMP-255WP. These
components are manufactured by Fuller Metals Processing. Equals are
acceptable. If offering an equal, specifications must be submitted with
the quote. FOB point is 120th FW, Montana Air National Guard, 2800
Airport Avenue B, Great Falls, Montana 59404-5570. The desired delivery
date is 90 days after receipt of award. Contractor shall provide all
materials, labor, and transportation necessary to deliver the above
