This action is reserved for Small Business. The following is a list of the requirements: Line Item 0001: Qty. 72 gallon Insulating Oil Electrical, Exxon Inc. P/N Coolanol35 or equal in accordance with the following Specifications: Unit package quantity one (1) gallon can, 6 cans per case. Basic ingredient Silicate-Ester Base, maximum viscosity at rated temperature 2 30 centistokes at 210 0 degree F and minimum viscosity at rated temperature 1 90 centistokes at 210 0 degree F. Flash point minimum temperature 350 0 degree F. The shipping terms will be f.o.b. destination, Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, IN, with the inspection/acceptance at destination. Delivery of Line Item 0001 will be required within 07 days from contract award.
