These inspections shall take place at three Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) facilities as follows: (1) At the Clifton Road Facility -- EQUIPMENT TYPE: Boilers -- (2 ea./yr) 4 inspections yearly; Incinerators -- 2 inspections yearly; Compressed Air Receivers -- 5 inspections yearly; Kill Tanks -- 3 inspections yearly; Heat Exchangers HW -- 5 inspections yearly; Hot Water Heaters -- 5 inspections yearly; Clean Steam Generators -- 2 inspections yearly and Medium Pressure Piping -- 1 Lot inspection yearly (<175 PSIG). (2) At the Chamblee Facility -- EQUIPMENT TYPE: Boilers (2 ea./yr) 6 inspections yearly; Incinerator(s) -- 1 inspection yearly (incinerator not in use at present time); Compressed Air Receivers -- 13 inspections yearly; Heat Exchangers HW -- 2 inspections yearly; Hot Water Heaters -- 19 inspections yearly; Deaerators -- 1 inspection yearly and Medium Pressure Piping -- 1 Lot inspection yearly (<175 PSIG). (3) t the Lawrenceville Facility -- EQUIPMENT TYPE: Boilers -- (2 ea./yr) 3 inspections yearly; Incinerators -- 1 inspection yearly; Compressed Air Receivers -- 7 inspections yearly; Heat Exchangers HW -- 2 inspections yearly; Hot Water Heaters -- 5 inspections yearly; Deaerators -- 1 inspection yearly and Medium Pressure Piping -- 1 Lot inspection yearly (<175 PSIG). A report of the above inspections for ALL facilities shall be required and submitted to Mr. Frank Deak, Facilities Engineer, CDC/ESO, 1600 Clifton Road Campus, Atlanta, Georgia 30333.
