Conley, Contracting Officer (256) 313-4065 DESC: The U.S. Army Aviation & Missile Command proposes to acquire, on other than full and open competitive basis, technical support services for the Sensor and Algorithm Enhancement Working Group (SAEWG) for Longbow Fire Control Radar. Contractor shall attend meetings, perform analyses and evaluations, and make presentations to the SAEWG and other appropriate forums. The Government intends to utilize a Time and Material delivery order to contract DAAH23-99-G-0012. This is a sole source requirement to Longbow Limited Liability Company, 578 South Semoran Blvd., Orlando FL. Only LBLLC possesses the technical expertise and experience necessary to execute SAEWG support for the FCR. Under the authority and Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one source or a limited number of responsible sources are able to satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation will be issued. Interested parties should identify themselves in writing to the Contracting Officer.
