Jones Management Services, an extension of the performance period for Contract No. 53-3K06-8-8. The contractor shall furnish on-site operations and maintenance services for the Southern Regional Research Center located in New Orleans, LA. Services include, but are not limited to functions associated with carpentry, grounds, utilities, greenhouses, public relations, safety and health and project management to support scientific and administration functions at the Center. The period of performance will be from April 1, 1999 through June 30, 1999 with six, one (1) month options. A solicitation document does not exist and this synopsis is not a request for competitive proposals.
