Z -- ABATEMENT SERVICES POC Linda Wong (415) 561-5352 The Presidio Trust is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from abatement contractors for miscellaneous projects at the Presidio of San Francisco. Scope of work will vary and may include the full range of abatement services including but not limited to asbestos or lead based paint stabilization, remediation, removal and/or abatement, transporting and disposal. Work may be performed on historic and non-historic, residential and non-residential facilities. Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process, the Presidio Trust will pre-qualify firms having a demonstrated and successful performance history, and establish a Qualified Vendor List (QVL). Once a QVL is established, The Presidio Trust may limit competition to only those vendors on the list. Statements of Qualifications will be considered based upon required information set forth in the RFQ. The Presidio Trust strongly encourages small disadvantaged businesses and women-owned small businesses to respond to this request.
