The roofing material for installation is to be Duro-Last single ply roofing system. Duro-Last membrane is a proprietary thermoplastic formulation consisting of resins, plastcizers, stabilizers, fungicides, flame retardant and U.V. absorbers which is laminated to a weft inserted polyester fabric. Complete Duro-Last specifications and commercial item description will be in bid package. Contractor will provide all equipment, supplies, safety items, warranties, labor and supervision to install Duro-Last roofing system. There are approximately 10,897 square feet of roof to be completed in this project. All buildings are easily accessible and are located in a compound area approximately 1000' X 1000' square. Fritch Texas is 40 miles 40 of Amarillo Texas, in the Texas Panhandle. This will be a commercial item acquisition (FAR part 12) with the installation of the product being a construction contract.
