This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Creative Marketing, 9140 H Guilford Road, Columbia, MD 21046 on an other than full and open competitive basis to purchase items manufactured by Xitron Technologies as follows: 18 each p/n 2000M-EJ Thermocouple Simulator/Calibrator and 18 each option cc Canvas Carrying Case for use with NAVAIR Instrument Calibration Procedures (ICPs). Attached to each unit, calibration and warranty stickers indicating date calibrated, date due calibration, warranty/expiration date, and contract #. Assign the navair metcal calibration interval for item 0001 for 12 months. The ICPs are written specifically around use of this particular Thermocouple Simulator/Calibrator because of its tempterature range and the mating requirements for the Test Instruments. Delivery is required to be FOB Destination 8 each to COMNAVAIRPAC, Code 7441W, Bldg 652M, Bay 6, NAS North Island, San Diego, CA 92135-5100, MF: FCA STD Whse-W and 10 each ISS Facillity, 612 Bay 12, Marine Corps Air Station, Beaufort, SC 29904-5050 within 30 days after contract award.
