This requirement is for 45 each with 5 year extended warranty and data, Low Thermal Scanner with an IEEE-488.2-1992 Interface Bus for AFMETCAL in accordance with Purchase Description 99MLEE-LL32 Rev A, dated 26 Jan 99 with options for FY2000, 0-35 each, FY2001, 0-20 and FY2002, 0-20 each. The scanner will be used to compare standard cells and solid state voltage references, made manually or by computer control. Item must be commercially available and proposal sample unit is required to be submitted with quotation. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered.
