The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Las Vegas, NV has a requirement for janitorial services at the following three locations: The six buildings at the BLM Las Vegas Field Office Facility located at 4765 Vegas Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89108, janitorial services of approximately 16,326 sq.ft. to be performed Monday through Friday, except Gov. holidays for one year with two six month options; The BLM Las Vegas Interagency Communication Center located at North Las Vegas Airport, 2980 North Rancho Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89130, janitorial services of approximately 10,361 sq.ft. to be performed Monday through Friday, except Gov. holidays, for one year with service calls not exceeding 42 days for janitorial services of 5,200 sq.ft. in the Fire Coordination and Dispatch Center to be performed for the weekends beginning at the onset of Fire Season and ending at the close of Fire Season; and The Visitor Center and entrance Fee Station, BLM Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area, Las Vegas, NV, State Route 159 (19 miles west of Las Vegas), janitorial services of 8,300 sq.ft. to be performed Sunday through Saturday, except the 2 Gov. holidays of Thanksgiving and Christmas for one year.
