Period of performance 7/6/99 -- 8/2/99. Vessel must be minimum 50 feet OAL, skipper with a 100-ton Master Mariner license, one crew person, minimum 375 square foot space, fully equipped to purse seine, and berths for six scientific crew members. Skipper must be familiar with study area in Prince William Sound and be able to maneuver vessel close to shore to make purse seine sets. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000. See Note 1, 100% small business set-aside.
