Charter will be conducted in mid-May 1999 and last for 10 days with an option for four additional days. Charter will be conducted in and around Kodiak, AK. The research plan calls for 30 tows to be completed, vendor will be allowed to retain catch and 90% of of value will be deducted from the charter fee. Vessel must be minimum 95 feet OAL, 750HP continuous engine power, and possess accommodations for up to three Govt. passengers. See Note 1, 100% small business set-aside.
