The conference will be held during the period 17-21 July 1999. Services shall include: Providing single occupancy rooms, dinner and breakfast meals for three days, rooms on site to be used for serving the dinner and breakfast meals, a conference administrative room and a meeting room for one day. The total cost of lodging and meals for each person per day cannot exceed the daily per diem rate allowed by the U.S. Government.
