The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for driveway and parking lot expansion at facilities in Cincinnati, Ohio. Work includes installation of approximately 220 LF ODOT type 6 curb, 44 LF curb and gutter to match existing, removal of existing sidewalk, installation of drive apron, installation of 180 SY of new driveway and 549 SY of new parking area, installation of trench drain, and striping of parking spaces. A firm-fixed-price contract is contemplated. The anticipated contract performance period is 45 calendar days after receipt of notice to proceed. The estimated price range is under $60,000.
