Provide all labor, equipment and materials to replace the roofs on five Government quarters located at the Blackfeet Service Unit in Browning, MT. The project consists of: removing and disposing of old roofing material, preparing roofs to receive new roofing, repairing damaged or rotted portions of the roofs (this work should be minimal), installing roofing materials according to the manufacturer's instructions, repairing any damage to roofs as a result of roofing installation, and disposing of material immediately after removal as the quarters may be vacated. The estimated time of completion is 45 days from the notice-to-proceed date. Solicitation package will be available on or around March 26, 1999. Bid opening date will be on or around April 26, 1999. The estimated range of this project is between $25,000 and $50,000. This procurement is set aside to 51% Indian-owned businesses pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47).
