Brown The project will include demolition of existing concrete and asphalt paving, chain link fencing and some removal of siding on the existing building. Major work will involve the construction of a wood frame warehouse addition of approximately 2400 square feet, about 60' by 40'. The project will also include the removal of the shingles on the existing building, removal of an existing skylight assembly and the re-roofing of the existing building. The interior and exterior painting will be accomplished by the Job Corps painting crew, also including the taping and texturing of the gypsum drywall assemblies. The project is located at the Pine Ridge Job Corps Center, on the east side of US Highway #385, approximately 11 miles south of Chadron, Dawes County, Nebraska. Contract time is 120 calendar days.
