Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, materials, equipment and perform all work to repair and renovate Building 181 at Fort McPherson, Georgia. The project consists of interior modifications which include removal of "curtain wall" overhang, stud and drywall installation where overhang has been removed, stud and drywall partitions, patching and repair of existing drywall surfaces, open (45 ea) existing windows and make them operational, furnish and install new latrine on west mezzine, furnish and install new suspended ceilings at west mezzine and lower level eastern wing. Repair existing ceiling system, replacing ceiling insulation and ceiling tiles throughout rest of building interior. Paint (to match adjacent surfaces) interior where disturbed by adjustments, removals, repairs, replacements and new work involved in this project. The repair/replacement of the small entrance roof at the outside entrance doors on the eastern elevation of the building, replacement of the double doors at that same location, miscellaneous relocations of electrical outlets, light fixtures, fire alarm system components, thermostatic controls, HVAC system diffusers and telephone outlets, junction boxes and various components. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Pursuant to Fdederal Acquisition Regulation 5.102(a)(7), the solicitaion will be made available only by electronic means.
