EE-49735-R or fully equivalent. 1 each convert to a new 7.5 HP solid state AC variable frequency drive with a rear mounted electrical cabinet (on machine); 1 each reground headstock spindle nose and face to remove runout, spindle bearing diameters will be plated, reground and new spindle bearings installed; 1 each replace apron worm, worm gear, rack pinion gear shaft and half-nut; 1 each replace leadscrew; 1 each replace crossfee screw and nut; 1 each replace compound screw and nut; 1 each disconnect and removal of Monarch to shipping and receiving, installation of rebuilt Monarch into Building 1283, Room 128C. Specifications to be provided with RFQ. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR PART 12. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. See Note 1. The SIC Codeand Size Standard are 3559 and 500 employees respectively. The DPAS Rating for this procurement is DO-C9.
