The PLC program will be supplied by the Government. The system will consists of in-floor tow line conveyor and appropriate controls (Contractor furnished equipment and portions of existing Government equipment reused by the Contractor) to accumulate and transfer palletized material of non-uniform loads and varying weights on tow carts between the loop 1 and loop 41. The system shall be ilnstalled in the rack storage area of the Defense Distribution Center (DDC), Building 2001, Defense Distribution Depot Susquehanna, PA (DDSP), New Cumberland, PA.
