This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotes (RFQ). Submit written quotes (oral quotes/offers will not be considered), on requisition F41636-99-Q0256, to FAX number (210)-671-1199. This procurement is a restricted to Gortex materials or Falls Manufacturing sources (model 201), alternates will be considered if they have been tested and approved by US ARMY Natick laboratory. Project is the purchase of 144 reversible desert camoflage parkas and 144 trousers of same material/color pattern. Items are to be provided in size small (18 sets), medium (36 sets), large (60 sets) and X-large (30 sets). Color is to be three color/ day desert on one side and night desert on the other. Delivery isto be within 75 days of award, to FOB destination Lackland AFB Texas. Include delivery costs in quote. This purchase is restricted to Small Business, size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10, Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 2385.
