SCOPE OF WORK: establish a pool of engineers and technicians to assist the highway industry in setting up the new Strategic Highway Research Program asphalt test equipment and in using and interpreting the data collected from that equipment. The FHWA also has several mobile asphalt testing laboratories for the demonstration of Asphalt Testing.
