C -- A/E SERVICES FDP SCHEMATIC DESIGN AMBULATORY CARE AND IMAGING SERVICES SOL 653-317 DUE 042199 POC Brian Thomas (541) 440-1331 or Jeff Salas (541) 440-1245 VA Roseburg Healthcare System, Roseburg, OR is soliciting for A/E services to include but not limited to the following: A/E firm to perform a Schematic Study on the construction of an addition to the exisiting Ambulatory Care Wing of Building 1 to house an additional two primary care teams. The government estimates square footage for this facility is approxemetely 16,000 gross square feet. The A/E firm will also perform a Schematic Study on the construction of approxementely 7,000 gross square foot area for a Imaginging Suite. This suite will contain at least two general purpose X-Ray rooms, ultrasound suite, a Nuclear Medicine Suite, and a CT Scanner Suite. The Shematic studies shall be accomplished in accordance with AIA and VA guidelines. The A/E firm will prepare a full report documenting their findings and recommendations. The A/E design will be in accordance with current VA design criteria and specifications. This is not a request for proposal. This requirement is a total set-aside for Emerging Small Business. This requirement is restricted to Emerging Small Business A/E firms within a 150 mile radius of Roseburg, OR and is subject to the availability of funds.
