Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (Open end) Architect-Engineer services for the following disciplines are being sought for the design of various projects. The contemplated disciplines along with their SIC codes are (1) Mechanical, Structural and Electrical (SIC Code 8711); and (2) Archi8tectural and Multi-disciplined (SIC Code 8712). Contract period will be for a base year with four (4) one-year renewal options. Services may include studies, concepts, schematics, design development, and construction documents, cost estimates and construction period services. total amount of each contract awarded including option years, shall not exceed $450,000. Individual task/delivery orders shall not exceed $75,000 each. Selection will be based on recent specialized experience, professional capacity to accomplish work; professional qualifications of staff and consultants assigned to contract as well as past record and success in recovered materials. the area of consideration will be within a 100-mile radius of each of the following metropolitan areas: Marion, Il; Poplar Bluff, St. Louis, Columbia and Kansas City, MO; Topeka and wichita, KS. Contract services will be provided to the VA medical centers located within VISN 15 (Marion, Il; Poplar Bluff, St. Louis, columbia and Kansas City, MO; topeka, Leavenworth and Wichita, KS). All VISN facilities will be provided the flexibility to issue delivery orders against any awarded contract regardless of metropolitan area.
