The Operational Contracting Office of Hanscom Air Force Base intend to award on a sole source basis the 12 month care and maintenance of the following software, provide that no other source can establish that they can provide the same service. The items are: Keyfile (KF) Document Server WinNT, KF Optical Level 4, WinNT, KF Multiline fax, KF Desktop-dedicated, KF Desktop-concurrent, KF Version control. These items are located at Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachsuetts and the same grouping of items at differing quantities are located at Warner Robbins Air Force Base. The government intends to make a single award to Judge Imaging of Wakefield,MA if no other source provides evidence of its capability to provide this service. All responsible sources will be considered. Please provide descriptions and pricel lists in response to this notice. If as a rsult of analyzing responses to this Notice of Intent, the Contracting Officer may determine that a Solicitation be issued. If a Solicitation is issued no furthernotice will be published.
