REQUEST FOR COMMENTS: FYS2000-2004 AERIAL TARGET FLIGHT SERVICES DRAFT STATEMENT OF WORK Industry is solicited to provide PRESOLICITATION comments on the draft statement of work (SOW) for a proposed FYs00-04 Aerial Target Flight Services acquisition, to be procured through full and open competition. Primary performance sites for the proposed effort are White Sands Missile Range, NM, and Ft. Bliss, TX, in/on government furnished facilities or ranges; however, occasional offsite deployments are involved. The maintenance and flight operation of full scale rotary wing (FSRWT), subscale rotary(SSRWT) and fixed wing (SSFWT) aerial target systems include the MQM-107, MQM-34, UH-1, AH-1, QH-50, LANCE, possible Ballastic Target Missiles (BTMs)and supplemental target systems. Basic service is envisioned to be firm fixed price with specialized tasks, such as repair/ rebuild and travel expenses, being cost reimbursable line items.
