A statement of work will be provided with the solicitation. The period of performance will be 26-28 Mar 99. This requirement is being set-aside for small businesses only. The Statement of Work requires an on-site survey be conducted at the contractor's expense. All offers submitted must include a statement that this on-site survey has been conducted by the contractor. Any party interested in receiving a copy of the solicitation shall provide written notice to the Contracting Office within 3 days of this announcement.
