a tracked vehicle wash Facility as an addition to an existing wheeled
vehicle wash facility. Construction consists of vehicle drive- through
concrete "birdbaths" equipped with high pressure water canons. Work
includes rock removal and earthwork, and construction of sand filter
system, sedimentation chamber and drying bed, equalization and water
basins, oil water separator, associated pumps, pump house piping,
lighting, asphalt paving and curbing, concrete hardstand, and concrete
joint repair. AVAILABILITY: The solicitation for this project will be
issued on Electronic Bid Sets (EBS) CD-ROM format only. EBS disk will
be available on or about 19 March 1999 at no charge per set. EBS will
be issued on a first come, first served basis until supply is
exhausted. No phone requests accepted. Refer to RFB Number
DACA67-99-R-0031 when ordering. This is a readvertisement for
DACA67-99-B-0012 Requests MUST BE IN WRITING and be received before bid

confirmation copy of your request need not be mailed. Please be sure to
include if you are a Prime, Sub or Plans Room. Plans and specs may be
picked up from the Plans Room Monday thru Friday between the hours of
7:30 AM and 3:30 PM. Submit requests by 10 March 1999. Estimated dollar
value is in the range of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 and completion period
is 450 days. Standard Industrial Classification Code is 1629. Project
is open to both large and small business. If you are a large business
and your bid or proposal will exceed $1,000,000 you will be required to
submit a subcontracting plan. For the purposes of this procurement a
concern is considered a small business if its average annual receipts
