The purpose of this modification is to change the following: The requirements should read as follows: "The contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, windows, materials and equipment necessary to replace eleven (11) triple opening windows with fixed over opening windows and three (3) triple opening windows in building #19 at the U.S. Army Soldier Systems Center, Natick, MA. The windows shall be 42 tinted thermal heavy gauge double pane with bronze casements, leveled and shimmed for proper operation. All windows shall be caulked so as to form a weather tight seal. The contractor shall be responsible for all measurements, and removal and disposal of debris. By submitting an offer, the contractor is certifying that they have knowledge and experience in completing the requirements of the procurement, and that they possess all applicable certifications/licenses required to complete the requirements of this procurement. Furthermore, the contractor, by submitting an offer, certifies that they arein good standing with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts' Board of Regulations and Standards." The Standard Industrial Code is 1799. The Small Business Size is $7.0 million. The procurement is 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
