The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to the following items: (1) Demo the interior walls, the suspended ceiling system, the 12" x 12" VTC floor tile, the cove or wood base, the 2 overhead doors and the wood wall covering on both sides of the wall; (2) Patch the extra large holes in all exterior walls; (3) Construct new walls in the building as shown on the new construction floor plan; (4) Remove and dispose of existing Fire Alarm System; (5) Install Fire Alarm Detector devices including heat detectors; (6) Remove electrical in areas of new construction; (7) Install new electrical power and lighting systems; (8) Upgrade Latrines; (9) Remove and dispose of existing HVAC equipment; Provide and install package heat pump and distribution system; (10) Install firestopping materials; and (11)Install new Ductwork and Insulation.
