Indefinite delivery/ Indefinite quantity contract to Install/Modify Fire Alarm System at Hill Air Force Base, Little Mountain Complex and Utah Test & Training Range. Delivery orders will be issued on a "as needed" basis. The first delivery order may be negotiated with the successful contractor and awarded at the same time as the basic contract. The contractor will be guaranteed a minimum of $2,500.00 over the life of the contract. The contract maximum will be $250,000.00 per task. Estimated range of $100,000 to $250,000 includes only the Basic Contract Period. A performance bond of $500,000 will be required from the successful contractor after award. Estimated range: $100,000 -- $250,000 Performance Period: 1 basic and four option years Automated statements regarding availability of written solicitations do not apply to this acquisition.
