The principal items of work include, but are not limited to reconfiguring the existing floor plans, demolishing interior walls and carpeting, installing; window security, installing secured doors, paint, carpet, carpentry, interior electrical, interior mechanical works, reconfigure existing fire detection system in accordance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards and with the specifications, and drawings. The magnitude of construction for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
