This procurement is restricted to (Brand name only) Honda model TRX300 4x4 All Terrain Vehicle. Project is the purchase of 9 of these vehicles. Delivery is to be within 60 days of award, to FOB destination Lackland AFB Texas. Include delivery costs in quote. This purchase is restricted to Small Business, size standard is 500 employees. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-10, Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3799. Note that the provisions at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Terms, applies to this acquisition. In addition the clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, apply to this solicitation.
