The General Services Administration intends to issue a contract to Engineering Management Concepts in conjunction with a GSA schedule delivery order under GSA schedule contract GS-35F-0192J under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 through solicitation number 6TSA-99-CSC-0082. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 90-42. These items are Other Direct Costs associated with a purchase under GSA schedule contract GS-35F-0192J and therefore cannot be separated from this procurement. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This procurement is for Other Direct Costs including connectors, machining and component modifications, enclosures, circuit cards and computer pool usage at Tinker AFB, OK. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
