This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 and 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F41619199T0126 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97 -- 10. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns, utilizing the Size Standard in FAR Part 19 under Standard Industrial Code 2329, and the Business Size Standard is 500 employees. The government intends to award a Firm Fixed price Purchase Order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). 12 CONS, Randolph AFB, TX has a requirement for _Jammin Source_ or _equal_ warm up suits as follows: (1) Jacket and Pant size small, 2 ea; (2) Jacket and Pant size medium, 20 ea; (3) Jacket and Pant size x large, 90 ea, (4) Jacket and Pant size large, 100 ea; (5) Jacket and Pant size 2x large, 49 ea, (6) Jacket and Pant size 3x large, 4 ea. The jacket is in navy blue and white, with Air Force _Eagle_ logo centered on breast of left side. The Air Force _Eagle_ logo will be sized approximately 5 to 7 inches (sized appropriately in relation to the jacket _ best fit), centered on the left breast of the jacket, with the colors red, black, brown, and yellow as shown in attached file. The _Air Force_ logo (collegiate font) will be sized approximately 10 to 14 inches (proportion height to width), centered and sized appropriately (best fit) on the white material of upper back of jacket, with red _ collegiate_ lettering (with blue outer border of each letter), as shown in the attached file. The pant is solid navy blue, with elastic and string waistband, elastic cuffs, two side pockets, and no lining. Vendor must submit one sample without logo prior to award of contract, at no cost to the Government, in order to ensure that the warm upsuit is acceptable). This warm up suit will be returned to the vendor after the technical evaluation. A second warm up suit must be provided after product award to ensure the quality of the logo, placement, design, color, size, and overall appearance are suitable prior to full production. Award shall be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the Government_s standards. The product shall include these technical specifications to be considered acceptable: (1) 60% cotton/40% nylon with a downproof weave, (2) Dupont Teflon coated for a water/stain repellent finish, (3) Unique combination cuffs of 50% cotton/50% polyester knit with 100% polyester high stretch elastic, (4) Fully lined with 100% nylon taffeta, (5) Two matching YKK Vislon zippered outer hand pockets along with an interior flap covered security pocket, (6) Versatile high stand 4_ wind collar, (7) Non rolling 2 inch elasticized waistband, (8) Durable five thread overlock inside seam construction with reinforced threads of monofilament nylon on most major seams, (9) Matching topstitched storm flap behind a YKK Vislon front placket zipper, and (10) Jackets are prewashed with an oversized fit in unisex sizes small _ 3x large. Technical literature should be provided to substantiate your products technical specifications. FOB destination is required by the Government. FOB point is HQ AFSVA/SVPAF, 10100 Reunion Place, Suite 402, San Antonio, TX 78216. Desired delivery is 45 days after receipt of award. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and transportation necessary to deliver the above mentioned items.
