Construct, deliver, unload, and setup twenty-five precast concrete culverts and walls in the Weapons Storage Area at Minot AFB, ND in accordance with Statement of Work. Culverts and tops shall be constructed of 3000 PSI concrete, reinforced with 2"x6" (W2.5XW2.0 WWF). Total steel area .15. Cutouts shall be reinforced with #4 steel bars as required. Bars shall be cut by contractor after delivery and set up. Walls shall be 3000 PSI concrete, reinforced with 2"x8" (W2.5XW2.0 WWF) and #4 steel bars. Setup work site is in a restricted area. Performance period is 90 days. This is a commercial acquisition using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Written quotes are requested and are due no later than COB 31 Mar 99.
