The Air Mobility Command (AMC) Contracting Flight anticipates issuance of a solicitation for interactive marketing services in support of the Year of the Family (YOFAM) promotion. Participants in the promotion will be given an "award certificate" (provided by the contractor) for participating in specified YOFAM activities. Participants will register their certifications, enroll in the promotion, track mileage earned, and deposit additional miles utilizing the telephone and/or the Internet. The contractor will create, design and maintain this telephone capability, supporting web pages, and a database. All design and setup work must be completed by 21 May 1999. The database will be updated so that users accessing both the telephone and Internet systems during the same twenty-four hour period will receive correct balances after the database has been updated for that twenty-four hour period. Contractor will also provide informational materials and color posters explaining the promotion. All interested offerors shall indicate their business size, their telephone number, facsimile number, an e-mail address, and ZIP PLUS FOUR code in their written request for the RFP.
