Chapman, (202) 942-4994 The United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to issue a one-time short duration, purchase order (P.O.) with User Technology Associates, for continued operation of personnel/payroll maintenance assistance. This P.O. maintains the same scope of work as the current contract. The period of performance is four months (from April 1, 1999 through July 31, 1999). The P.O. will bridge a gap in coverage while the Commission completes the evaluation of proposals submitted in response to the Commission's Information Technology Task Order Contracts RFP, under which this requirement will be covered.
