The contractor shall provide all labor and materials to accomplish topside paint preservation and weather deck maintenance on the 225' WLB cutter's, homeport at the Coast Guard Base Sand Island, Honolulu, Hawaii. At times specified by the Coast Guard cutters, the contractor shall repair designated areas of the coating system on horizontal, vertical and overheads above the upper deck. A pre-award survey will be required. Invention for Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 3/29/99. The solicitation is issued in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. All responsive sources may submit a bid, which will be considered by this agency.
