The western rivers means the navigable portions of the mississippi rivers and its tributaries of the mississippi river including only the waterways within the areas of jurisdiction of Coast Guard Aids to navigation facilities as described in light list volume V (COMDTINST M16502.5), and the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway to the mouth of the Mobile River. This includes protection portions of the Intra coaastal waterway connected to the western rivers, but specifically excludes unprotected or open waters such as mobile bay, lake borne, or the gulf of mexico. Vessels availability schedul is 12 July 1999 for 40 calendar days. The vessel is a 65 Foot " Class A" Tender and a 130 Foot Barge.
