Q -- 8011 BOARD CERTIFIED CLINICAL PERFUSIONIST SOL RFP 600-089-99 DUE 040299 POC Ella Rea Watters, Contracting Officer Services to furnish Perfusionsit with documented experience of 100 clinical perfusions per year minimum and a minimum of five years experience utilizing standard cardiopulmonary bypass equipment (preferably Sarns), standard membrane and non-membrane oxygenator system, blood and red cells, salvaging equipment (preferably Hemonetic Cell Saver Systems), pulsatile preservation routines, intra-aortic balloon pumps and research or clinical experience in other forms of assisted circulation. Perfusionsit shall be capable of operating both standard cardiopulmonary bypass and intra-aortic balloon pumps simultaneously. Experience in fabricating new cardiopulmonary circuits and assisting in the specifications of custom made tubing packs. Purfusionist must be available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, including national holidays. Response time one-half hour upon notification.
