The solicitation packages will be available on March 22, 1999. The successful bidder will be responsible for evaluation of daily laboratory functions, laboratory sanitation, boipsies and laboratory results. These services will be professional in nature, as provided in the method as considered normal in the local community. Responsible for maintaining OHSA regulations and standards. Services are requested for an eight hour session, 1 day a month. The seccessful bidder must be a Medical Doctor with Board Certification as a Pathologist and current license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania. Must also have Medical Liability insurance in the amount of no less than 1 million. The contract period is for one year with two one year options to extend the term of the contract. Additionally, the seccessful bidder will be required to pass a background investigation. This accquisition is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns.
